On the evening of July 26, Vietnamese social media exploded with anger over a clip showing two young women dressed as medical staff livestreaming on TikTok. The setting was the patient reception desk of a healthcare facility.
Throughout the stream, the girls used playful filters, joked around, swore, and acted unseriously. The situation escalated when one of them casually threatened to “inject poison” into a viewer commenting live.
Despite being in a medical environment that demands professionalism, care, and compassion, their behavior shocked the public. Many expressed concern about the attitude and ethics of those wearing the white coat.

The incident quickly spread after clips were shared in large online groups. However, few knew that during the actual livestream, only about 10 people were watching.
Later that night, Đức Giang General Hospital’s official Facebook page issued an urgent statement confirming the incident happened at their patient reception desk. They clarified the two girls were not official staff but medical interns from a training institution.
After discovering the incident, the hospital immediately ended the internship for the two students and handed them back to their school for strict disciplinary action. The hospital emphasized this was an individual act and did not reflect the professionalism or ethics of their medical team.
Defiant TikTok Account Claims to Be One of the Students, Posts Provocative Messages
Many expected remorse after the punishment and public backlash, but recently a TikTok account named @ebehaykhoc****, claiming to be one of the two students, started posting angry and provocative messages.
The account shared short posts with harsh statements.
It’s unclear if this is the real account of one of the students or a fake profile made to stir controversy, but the defiant tone has pushed public outrage to new heights. Countless comments criticize the stubborn attitude, lack of accountability, and disrespect for the profession.
