In South Korea, plastic surgery has become a huge trend, especially among young women. From celebrities to now even streamers, many have faced rumors about their real looks. One standout case is Yeoam, a stunning and sexy streamer on Afreeca TV. But unlike others who ignore the gossip, she boldly confronted it head-on by sharing proof that she’s never had surgery.

The story started because Yeoam’s sexy figure, especially her impressive chest, caught a lot of attention. Not only did anti-fans spam accusations about plastic surgery, but even some fans expressed doubts about whether she had work done. The constant spam became so overwhelming that she grew frustrated.

So in her latest livestream titled “Natural Chest Certification,” Yeoam took things to the next level. She went to a hospital and got an X-ray of her chest to prove once and for all that she never had surgery. “Everyone kept spamming, so I used an X-ray to show that my chest is naturally beautiful. Since it’s natural, I’m proud, and you all can be proud too,” she said.

She also shared photos from the hospital visit to back up her claim. One showed the X-ray film, and another showed her lying on the examination table.

Usually, after surgery, fake tissue or implants show up in scans. But her X-ray only showed natural tissue. Plus, she posted a doctor’s certificate clearly stating “No foreign objects found in the chest area.”

Many fans admitted the medical check might have been a bit of a splurge. But it was worth it to stop the flood of spam messages questioning her appearance.
