Recently, YouTuber Khoa Pug has caught the online community’s attention with videos documenting his leg-lengthening journey in the US. He mentioned that each extra centimeter costs about 500 million VND.
That means to grow from 1.67m to 1.75m, he would need to spend at least 4 billion VND. This doesn’t even include the personal inconveniences and health risks involved. He chose Southern Hills Hospital in the US, where the cost is around 4,500 USD per night (nearly 105 million VND).
After a month of surgery, the YouTuber shared that he had reached 1.70m. Khoa Pug said his recovery was so fast that he could run on a treadmill and even drive.

In a recent vlog, he said, “I’ve lived my whole life at 1.6m tall, and this is the first time I’m 1.7m. In three months, I’ll reach 1.75m and then stop.”
However, recently on social media, photos of Khoa Pug supposedly standing at 1.8m next to someone who is 1.78m tall have sparked a lot of buzz. Many were surprised by his current height, but some pointed out that his legs look too thin and disproportionate because of the lengthening.

Actually, in his latest vlog, Khoa Pug revealed he has reached 1.75m. He even compared his height to a friend who is 1.67m tall (which was Khoa Pug’s height before the surgery). The friend was wearing shoes with a 10cm heel but still wasn’t taller than Khoa Pug when standing.

Since Khoa Pug is still recovering and using support equipment, his body isn’t fully balanced like a normal person’s yet. It’s very likely that after full recovery, proper nutrition, and training, he will achieve the height transformation he dreams of.
To celebrate this milestone, Khoa Pug decided to drive 4,000 kilometers from Las Vegas to Houston, Texas, to visit a restaurant he and billionaire Vuong Pham invested in about a year ago for 6 billion VND.

In the latest clip, the YouTuber confirmed he is now 1.75m tall and has nothing to do with the “old Khoa Pug at 1.67m.” He visited the restaurant as a neutral party to review its current status for his viewers.
However, upon arrival, Khoa Pug was disappointed to find the restaurant locked up, the gates closed, and the place looking abandoned. Inside, he even found a homeless person sleeping.

“I drove for seven days to get here, and it was such a huge disappointment. The restaurant was locked up, the gates closed, looking completely abandoned. I decided to climb over the fence to get a closer look and found a homeless person sleeping right in front of the main entrance. I’m really disappointed. I called the land manager to investigate whether the old Khoa Pug is still running the business or if he sold it to someone else. We’ll find out soon,” Khoa Pug said.
