Recently, the internet was buzzing after news broke that Zeros (Minh Loc) was officially charged.
Specifically, the Ha Tinh Provincial Procuracy confirmed that Pham Minh Loc (Zeros) and his brother Pham Minh Phuoc (Minas) have been formally charged and detained for gambling under Clause 2, Article 321 of the Penal Code.
According to the Ha Tinh Procuracy’s statement, Minh Loc and Minh Phuoc “planned to use the results of their game matches as betting content with viewers” (quoted from the Procuracy’s document). The minimum bet was 200,000 VND, the maximum 20,000,000 VND, the odds were 1 to 1.9 (meaning if a player bet 100,000 VND and won, they’d receive 190,000 VND), but if they lost, they lost their entire bet.
The case has left fans of the “Demon King” deeply disappointed.
