As the old year fades and the new one begins, a special livestream event called ARISE’21 – Voices of Hope for a New Dawn will kick off at 10:30 PM tonight, featuring inspiring performances to welcome the new year.
The highlight of this New Year’s Eve show is its impressive lineup. Can you guess who’s performing? The livestream will feature Vietnam’s top stars including Hà Trần, Uyên Linh, Nguyên Hà, Hoàng Dũng, Gigi Hương Giang, Chillies, Hoàng Phương, and Thịnh Suy. They’ll share stories and deliver unforgettable performances to ring in the spring season.
ARISE’21 – Voices of Hope for a New Dawn is a special music project launched by the community initiative S-Generation in collaboration with WeChoice Awards. It aims to celebrate the resilience and pride of the Vietnamese people through the hardships of 2020. The project also includes a music video that beautifully captures the spirit of Vietnam’s journey over the past year. This MV will debut during the livestream just before midnight.
With legendary voices like Mỹ Linh, Hà Trần, and Uyên Linh, alongside rising stars who are shaking up the Vpop scene such as Chillies, Thịnh Suy, Hoàng Dũng, Nguyên Hà, Gigi Hương Giang, and Hoàng Phương, this New Year’s Eve concert promises to be a vibrant and diverse celebration that appeals to all music lovers.
The livestream will also feature a teaser clip for the MV Ta Sẽ Hồi Sinh. This preview shows the care and passion poured in by the artists and production team to create a meaningful musical work. The project includes 31 artists such as Mỹ Linh, Hà Trần, Hồ Ngọc Hà, Uyên Linh, the band Bức Tường with vocalist Phạm Anh Khoa, Nguyên Hà, Hoàng Dũng, Hồ Hoài Anh, Lưu Hương Giang, OSAD, Mỹ Anh, and members of the Sun Symphony Orchestra including violinist Nguyễn Mỹ Hương, Marc Ramírez, double bassist Jose Antonio Rodriguez Vázquez, and bass trombone player.
Here’s a cool fact: on Facebook, every 10,000 public shares and hashtags #Sgeneration #GenS #Arise21 #100klieuvaccine will trigger a donation of 1 billion VND from the S-Generation project to the Ministry of Health’s vaccine fund. On TikTok, every 1,000 videos singing Ta Sẽ Hồi Sinh with those hashtags will also generate a 1 billion VND donation to the same fund.
