Specifically, three recent incidents caught attention: two female travelers posing and dancing at the airport to film videos, and a girl casually sitting on the baggage carousel with the caption “Whatever.” Their goal was simply to shoot videos for TikTok to show off their “cool spots and backgrounds” or claim “trendsetter” status, but they didn’t expect the backlash and condemnation from the online community.
No Room for TikTokers to Spread Inappropriate Content
Many viewers reacted strongly against these disrespectful acts, openly criticizing them with comments like:
“These girls look good but come up with unacceptable clickbait stunts. Their actions not only harm their own image but also affect many others working in aviation.
Still, some TikTok users liked and praised their videos, which only encouraged them to keep doing harm. So to reduce this kind of “dirty clickbait” on TikTok, viewers need to stay sharp, speak out harshly, and help weed out negative content,” shared Hoang Dieu (born 1997, Hanoi).

More harshly, Nguyen Hoc said: “Do these girls think this is a trend or what, posing one after another? Their actions could get airport staff fired. Even after the first girl got heavily criticized, others still copy her for views… It’s sad to see some young people today.”
Bui Truong Mai Thao commented: “In public places, especially airports, there are not only locals but also many foreigners. When you openly perform TikTok stunts, it leaves a bad impression on tourists. Everyone else is waiting for their luggage while you’re sitting on the carousel, ask yourself, who does that look like?”
“Have fun, but don’t overdo it and become tacky! I get that you want to show your personality, but know your limits. If I were there, I’d speak up instead of silently watching my luggage about to come out while your flip-flops step on it,” added Hoang My.
