Social media in general, and TikTok in particular, has recently become a stage for many creators to showcase themselves. However, there are still major issues with the kind of content appearing on this popular platform.
T.C, a well-known TikToker with nearly 2.5 million followers, always grabs attention with her videos. Her content usually revolves around family life and fun moments with her relatives. But her two latest clips shocked viewers with their inappropriate and crude themes.
Set in a karaoke bar, T.C and her younger siblings act out a parody song with lyrics like:
“Call the staff over,
Find a sexy girl,
Grab a bottle of whisky,
Don’t forget to add a manly bonus,
Oh no, come on,
Who dares to play this game?
Sit still, dude,
If you don’t play, let someone else do it,
Yes, I’m the staff here,

This video not only violates social moral standards but also harms the innocence of children. The crude content is especially dangerous because it can negatively affect kids’ healthy development. At this stage, children don’t fully understand the consequences of consuming and sharing such content, which will definitely make educating young people more difficult in the future.
