With 6.6 million followers on TikTok, L.C is no stranger to the online community. He’s become a familiar face thanks to his viral videos packed with humor. His series “The Life of T,” where he cross-dresses and plays the female lead, even sparked a huge buzz across social media.

However, one video stirred major controversy. In it, L.C holds a bowl and pretends to feed a child on camera. Instead of soothing the child, he makes a scary face, rolling his eyes and speaking harshly, which reportedly frightened many kids watching, causing them to cry. Because of this, VTV quickly featured him on their program.
VTV expressed concern that many parents use “scaring their kids” as a quick way to get them to behave. But these threats can cause lasting harm and trauma to children, consequences parents often don’t realize.

Although L.C took quick steps to fix the issue and minimize the fallout, he has recently been called out again. During a comprehensive TikTok review in Vietnam, his account was flagged for videos containing negative content that scares children.
The platform has stated it will remove all content violating community standards, whether posted by creators or users. To improve safety, TikTok also restricts live streaming for accounts under 18.

L.C isn’t the only one named in the report. Three other popular TikTokers were mentioned for livestreaming content with negative themes related to school violence. All these creators have huge followings, ranging from 6 to 20 million. This crackdown shows TikTok is tightening its content moderation and working harder to prevent harmful content and keep the platform safe.
