Nguyen Minh Thu, known as Julie, is a talented TikToker who rose to fame in 2020. She’s passionate about the arts and stands out with her singing and musical skills. At the TikTok Awards 2020, Julie made a memorable appearance performing trending dances alongside Le Bong, Thanh Pate, Hao Tho, Lyhan, Sobe, and others.
In 2021, Julie made her mark again by reaching the Top 10 Vocal Master at TikTok Master The Next Star Gen.
Julie’s childhood was filled with artistic training: she started dancing at 4, learned piano at 6, and picked up the saxophone at 17. According to her own story, in 2015 she joined music bands and performed on various stages around Hanoi. By 2018, she was offered an exclusive artist contract with an entertainment company and spent four years living independently in Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2022, Julie moved back to Hanoi and quickly earned the top honor as Valedictorian of Music Pedagogy at the Central University of Arts and Pedagogy, impressing her followers. While studying, she actively participated in sports, hosting events, and acting in commercials. Recently, she and her friends won second place at the 7th Student Startup Competition.
Most notably, Julie has been investing more in her passion for music. As a jazz vocalist, she regularly performs at music nights, records, and releases songs in her EP titled Julie in Love, showing great professionalism and care.
