Her real name is Pham Diem Quynh, a Gen Z creator living and working in Hanoi. She owns a collection of fluffy Lolita dresses inspired by Japanese anime style. What’s impressive is that these dresses aren’t cheap. On average, each dress costs between 3 to 5 million VND. Some special pieces even range from 10 to 20 million VND.
Pun Pun confirms she bought all her outfits herself. Her funds come from running a small shop selling designer clothes, modeling, and TikTok earnings. She says she’s not a luxury brand fan and only splurges when her budget allows and on special occasions.
Recently, Pun caught attention when she openly shared details about her cosmetic surgery. She had posted photos documenting the process before but only now revealed the financial side: she spent 5 million VND of her own money and asked her parents for 195 million VND to cover the surgery.
For Pun, being teased and body-shamed back in middle school left lasting scars and insecurities about her appearance. That’s why she was determined to change and feel more beautiful. Although her parents initially opposed it, they eventually supported her strong decision.
Despite most viewers understanding her choice, some online users accused her of “just spending her parents’ money” and called her “princess syndrome.” At first, she stayed calm, focused on her work to prove herself. But she didn’t hesitate to push back, saying, “Asking parents for money doesn’t affect or harm anyone,” so those negative comments are unfair. Above all, Pun knows her family and friends truly understand who she is.
While she doesn’t encourage cosmetic surgery for everyone, Pun believes if it helps someone feel more confident or succeed in their career, it’s worth the effort.
