The recent drama involving a male TikToker who tried to extort 500,000 VND from a restaurant for a review but got refused, then flipped and gave a one-star rating, has caught the internet’s attention. The accused TikToker has apologized, made amends, and fixed the situation, but Beard Girl (CGCR) keeps dragging him on social media, posting two videos with hundreds of thousands to millions of views.

Setting aside the “power trip” and extortion claims against the young male TikToker, Beard Girl’s relentless use of this incident for content is backfiring. The guy says he won’t take down the videos, insisting his goal is to help the person involved truly realize their mistakes. Using her position to “teach” younger creators, Beard Girl has annoyed many, who quickly turned their criticism toward her:
“Online moral policing”,
“Acting all high and mighty”,
“What does what she wears have to do with this, why is she so obsessed with that kid?”,
“Maybe she should look at herself first”…

Not long ago, Beard Girl was at the center of many heated online debates, especially in the food scene. These loud internet battles and ongoing drama brought massive engagement. She faced community backlash for her harsh reviews and confrontations with popular TikTokers like Ha Linh and Long Chun. At the peak, Beard Girl was widely rejected, heavily criticized, and some restaurants even posted signs refusing her visits.
Only recently has this TikToker made a comeback. Her content has softened compared to before. Notably, she now positions herself as a mentor, specifically offering “TikTok Million-View Training with Just One Phone.” She promotes this on her verified personal page with over 1.1 million followers.
