In the highly competitive and drama-filled world of livestreaming, even a small slip-up can put a streamer at the center of controversy.
Recently, a popular female streamer unexpectedly became the talk of online forums after lifting her skirt quite high during a live broadcast. Although she quickly explained it was simply because she felt too hot, the wave of criticism still exploded.

The incident started during a regular interactive livestream. While chatting with viewers, streamer Hiên Tử wore a summer outfit with a long design.
During the interaction, she suddenly lifted the hem of her skirt higher than usual. This moment was quickly clipped and spread rapidly on social media. Many believed the move was intentional to grab attention, especially in an environment where livestreams are fiercely competitive for views and gifts.
Comments under the posts quickly split into two sides. Some netizens harshly accused her of using this as a clickbait tactic, exploiting sensitive content to boost engagement. Some even sarcastically said she was so desperate for interaction she would do anything.

Facing the strong backlash, the streamer spoke out on her personal page. She insisted the skirt lift was purely due to the weather. According to her, the broadcast took place in high temperatures, and the long outfit made her feel stuffy, so she unconsciously adjusted it for comfort. “Is it really a stunt to lift my skirt a bit just because it’s hot?” she said, also expressing frustration that every action is twisted negatively.
Still, this explanation didn’t fully calm the public. Some argued that with her years of experience, Hiên Tử should know every move on camera can be blown out of proportion. Others took a softer view, saying the community’s reaction was somewhat over the top since the moment was brief and didn’t cross serious boundaries.

Regardless of the real motive, the incident brought the streamer massive engagement. However, it also served as a clear lesson: in the livestream world, every move in front of the camera is not just a natural reflex but can spark endless debate.
