Hiếu Leblanc, whose full name is Thạch Chí Hiếu, may be new to streaming but at just 23 years old, he’s already making waves. With over 2 million followers across all social platforms, Hiếu is a well-known figure in the League of Legends community, famous for his funny interactions and impressive gameplay. On average, tens of thousands tune in to watch his live streams.

Despite his success, Hiếu’s journey wasn’t easy. Coming from a modest family where his mom sold fish and his dad worked in construction, he had to take on odd jobs to afford gaming. He even admitted to stealing money from his mom to pay for internet fees. His parents were heartbroken but felt powerless as punishments didn’t seem to help.
Looking back on those actions, Hiếu broke down in tears. He knew he had caused his parents pain but only now felt brave enough to apologize. He shared, “I wouldn’t dare steal from strangers, only from family because I knew they loved me and that’s why I did it.”

He dropped out in 12th grade because his grades lagged behind his classmates and started working to support his family. Confident in his gaming skills, he decided to pursue streaming seriously. Determined to turn gaming from a hobby into a real career, Hiếu Leblanc gradually earned his place in the scene. Though he makes money from gaming now, he humbly credits luck for his success. He also stresses that education is still the better path:
“I know gaming is something many young people love, but don’t neglect your studies. Being a streamer is really tough and challenging. If I could choose again, I’d definitely focus on school and become a lawyer.”
