Recently, news about Sang Vlog tying the knot caught fans off guard when he shared a video titled “Today Sang Gets Married.” Before this, the YouTuber mostly posted content about his mom and neighborhood kids, never revealing any details or photos of a girlfriend. Still, the announcement and video of Sang Vlog’s wedding received huge support and well-wishes from many.
It turns out his wife is Ngoc Mai. They met when Mai was a factory worker in her hometown and Sang was working as a construction helper in the city. After dating for four years, they officially started their life together. Sang recalled, “At first, even though we loved each other, we didn’t dare to say anything because I knew my situation and had a lot to worry about. Later, when we decided to be together, we both grew up a lot, earning money to support our families and plan for the future. But working as a factory worker and construction helper, who knows when we’d have enough to secure the future.”
“I never believed in fate or destiny before, but now, after being with the person I love for four years, from hardship to success, I believe it. At the start, don’t focus on the best things but on the person who will stay with you until the end. In our relationship, no one is perfect, but we were lucky to work hard and achieve success together.”
Currently, Ngoc Mai runs her own YouTube channel where she posts challenge videos and tutorials for traditional countryside dishes, attracting nearly 30,000 subscribers. Viewers love her sweet and charming way of speaking. Though she doesn’t appear alongside Sang Vlog on social media, she’s always been his biggest supporter, encouraging him through tough times. After their recent engagement, the “poorest YouTuber in Vietnam” and his fiancée have gained even more attention from fans.

Ngoc Mai’s family is of Chinese descent, so Sang Vlog carefully prepared 8 traditional wedding trays, betel leaves, 2 chickens, 1 roast pig, and 199 special cakes for the ceremony.
This simple love story has a happy ending. The YouTuber emotionally shared, “My family is poor, and yours isn’t wealthy either. People say poverty affects three generations and hardship lasts three lifetimes. Maybe we’ll be poor for 10 or 20 more years, but it doesn’t mean forever. As long as I try hard and you stay dedicated, happiness will come to us.”
Sang Vlog was born in 1995 and is one of Vietnam’s most popular construction worker YouTubers. In just two years, his channel has grown to over 2.8 million subscribers. Thanks to his unique background and content, Sang Vlog quickly gained fame. He also revealed that YouTube helped stabilize his life, earning nearly 100 million VND within a few months of starting his channel.
