Pokimane is one of the biggest names out there, arguably one of the most famous female streamers globally. So the big question is, how much would Pokimane’s fans pay for a chance to play games one-on-one with her?
What seemed like a random question soon got an answer. Recently, Pokimane took part in a charity auction where the prize was an exclusive chance to game one-on-one with her on Twitch. The money raised would go to charity. Besides being charming and great at engaging with fans, Pokimane is also known for her attractive and charismatic presence. So it didn’t take long for the bidding to skyrocket.
The starting bid was just $1 as a symbolic gesture but quickly jumped into the hundreds. Within a few hours, bids reached thousands, then $30,000 (around 750 million VND) held the top spot for a long time. But just days later, several other popular male streamers joined the auction, pushing the highest bid to an astonishing $500,000 (over 12 billion VND).
It’s unclear how genuine all the bids were or if some were just stunts by other streamers. Still, there’s no denying Pokimane’s massive appeal.
