Everyone is born with their own unique talent, but sometimes it’s not just humans who surprise us. Recently, the internet has been buzzing over a pig named Pig Caso (a playful nod to the famous painter Picasso) who has an incredible gift for painting. Thanks to his artistic skills, Pig Caso avoided the fate of many pigs at slaughterhouses and has even helped his owner become wealthy through the value of his artwork. It sounds unbelievable, but this is a true story.

Back in 2016, Pig Caso was about 4 years old and was stuck in a slaughterhouse in South Africa. Luckily, animal rights activist Joanne Lefson rescued him. Not only did she save Pig Caso’s life, but she also discovered his natural talent when she noticed he loved holding colored pencils in his mouth and creating his own paintings. To date, Pig Caso has created over 400 pieces and even held his own art exhibition.

Joanne explains that all profits from Pig Caso’s artwork go toward daily care costs, with the rest donated to animal rescue groups to help save more animals like Pig Caso. His exhibitions have been held in Berlin, London, and other cities. Even the famous Swiss watch brand Swatch created a limited edition “FLYING PIG BY MS PIGCASSO,” which sparked a shopping frenzy.

Recently, one of Pig Caso’s paintings sold for 20,000 British pounds (over 600 million VND), shocking the online community. Pig Caso also has his own social media page with nearly 60,000 followers.
