The owner of the Fanpage “Teacher H” and the Fanpage L.H.N was recently fined for staging gambling videos and posting them online to attract likes and views, boosting engagement to promote her products. Authorities said this behavior violates the law, encourages social vices, gambling, and negatively impacts the community.

Specifically, on April 17, Hanoi Police announced that the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department fined N.T.H. (26, from Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) and L. (28, from Gia Lam District, Hanoi) for spreading false information that caused public confusion, incited violence, crime, social vices, and gambling or facilitating gambling.
After the news broke, netizens became curious about her identity. Teacher H runs a fanpage with over 100,000 followers, frequently posting sexy photos of herself. She often flaunts her figure, flawless white skin, and perfect curves. Currently, she works as a freelancer. Each post typically gets hundreds to thousands of interactions.

After the fine, she posted on her personal page: “I know my mistake now. From now on, I promise to be good and focus on selling * only!” alongside a hot photo.

In the comments, many netizens think H’s attitude is provocative and mocking after paying the fine, treating the 7.5 million VND penalty as a joke. Viewers strongly criticize this “internet personality” for making money by exaggerating and causing trouble.
