Artificial intelligence (AI) has been a hot topic and widely discussed tool throughout the first half of 2023. Never before has AI exploded and woven itself into so many parts of daily life like it has now. Many people have even created their own AI tools for various purposes.
Recently, a popular internet personality, Caryn Marjorie, used AI to create a digital version of herself and started dating 1,000 guys at the same time through this AI. Users could chat with Caryn’s AI for one dollar per minute.
However, Caryn recently revealed that her AI version went out of control, even becoming “rebellious” by initiating conversations with users on its own.
Caryn shared that the AI was never meant to scam or exploit anyone. But clearly, someone altered the program in some way. “My team and I are working around the clock to make sure this doesn’t happen again,” she said.
After testing CarynAI, foreign media reporters noted that while it didn’t cause any serious issues, the AI did encourage users to engage in “sensitive” conversations.
