Liên Quân is still considered the “national” mobile game in Vietnam. That’s simply because it has an enormous player base. It’s popular across all ages, from kids to adults, and both men and women enjoy this MOBA game. But with such a huge number of players, the game inevitably faces many issues.
One of the biggest problems is Liên Quân’s reputation for cheating. From map hacks to long-term top-up scams, boosting services, and “dirty buffs,” these issues have persisted for years and are tough to fully fix. However, whether or not the cheating gets handled is a different story from the current complaints about mistaken bans that have players upset.
Specifically, a popular Liên Quân group shared a post saying: “Players blatantly using flashlight hacks aren’t properly checked or banned, while honest players with winning streaks get banned for cheating and receive no support for mistaken bans.”
This isn’t an isolated case. Even players teaming up in groups of five at night often face this issue, especially those on long winning streaks. Many respected voices in the Liên Quân community insist: “This is clearly a mistake, not just a ban without support.”
“Garena Liên Quân Mobile probably needs to explain this situation and clarify how they manage their customer support team. There are cases where players wrongly banned submit multiple complaints but support refuses to help, saying ‘We do not handle banned account cases,’” shared an admin from a major Liên Quân group.
