Recently, a TikTok user named Leng Keng caught eyes by posting a video about how she made 100 million VND a month as a student by juggling multiple jobs at once.
She shared that her first job was tutoring, where she earned more than others by marketing herself well. While others charged 80,000 to 100,000 VND per session, she got 250,000 thanks to her “national excellent student” title.
Then, using her writing skills, Leng Keng worked as a contributor for newspapers and managed fanpage content, earning 6 million VND a month. She also wrote two books, the first brought in 7 million VND, but the second, thanks to smart PR, sold better and made 65 million VND. Altogether, her monthly income hit 100 million VND while she was just a third-year student.
Her story drew lots of attention online. Many praised Leng Keng’s money-making skills, but some commented that luck played a part since not every content creator earns that much.
At the end of her video, Leng Keng shared her view: “If you’re not making much money, it’s because you haven’t fully used your strengths yet.” This sparked more comments, including one from a male gamer who said he knows his strength is gaming and works hard from morning till night. He asked, “So why am I still not rich?”
Not only Leng Keng but many online users were left speechless by the gamer’s comment. In reality, making money from gaming depends on many factors: whether you’re a pro or amateur, your skills, and if you’ve built a community presence. It seems this guy took Leng Keng’s message too literally without fully understanding the complexities.
