Standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds, Optimus moves smoothly, can carry objects, water plants, and more. Musk calls this robot a “companion.”
Many netizens say they get chills looking at Optimus and then seeing these AI-generated images of Elon Musk hugging robots, as it feels like a sci-fi movie about robot domination.
Even though the photos of Elon Musk hugging robots aren’t real, the fact that Musk calls the robot a “companion” suggests that falling in love with a robot might just be a matter of time.
