Elon Musk is no stranger to controversy, but there’s no denying he’s one of the most driven tech visionaries aiming to change the world. The clearest proof? His founding of Neuralink, a cutting-edge neurotechnology startup. Just recently, on April 9, Musk stunned everyone by saying, “We could build a Jurassic Park if we wanted to.”

To clarify, Max Hodak, Neuralink’s co-founder alongside Musk, added, “It might not be a genetically resurrected extinct dinosaur, but with our technology, Neuralink could create a completely new kind of dinosaur.”

If you’ve seen Jurassic World, you know the story: a wealthy entrepreneur creates a dinosaur theme park by cloning extinct species, but things go sideways when the dinos turn against humans. While the film warns about the dangers of reckless genetic engineering, Musk and Hodak believe this tech could actually help preserve biodiversity.

This isn’t the first time Musk, often compared to Iron Man, has dropped jaw-dropping ideas online. Not long ago, he showcased a monkey playing video games thanks to brain implant technology. While the games were simple, it marked a huge leap forward in AI and neural tech. Neuralink’s spokesperson said this is just the beginning, with bigger ambitions ahead. Musk even hinted at teaching pigs to play games next.
