A $19 “cleaning cloth” unexpectedly stole the spotlight at Apple’s October event. Now Tesla is joining the fun with its own quirky product, complete with a cheeky dig from billionaire Elon Musk.

On his Twitter, Tesla’s CEO urged fans to buy the $50 “Cyberwhistle”, a premium whistle made from medical-grade stainless steel, inspired by the company’s Cybertruck SUV, instead of Apple’s $19 cleaning cloth.

According to the product page linked in the tweet, the Cyberwhistle was a limited edition and has already sold out. Apple’s cleaning cloth faced a similar fate, with shipping delayed until January next year.

This isn’t the first time Tesla has released products that don’t exactly fit its main lineup. The company previously sold branded flamethrowers as well.

Elon Musk’s jabs at Apple’s cleaning cloth aren’t new either. Back in late October, when Tim Cook tweeted about Apple opening a new store in Istanbul, Turkey, Musk quickly replied, “Check out this Apple Cloth.”

It’s not just the cloth. Musk has mocked Apple multiple times before, including pointing out that Tesla’s car batteries use less cobalt than Apple’s iPhones. He also publicly supported Epic Games in their legal battle against Apple over the App Store’s 30% fee.
