A CCTV investigative report from China shocked the tech world by revealing how just a few clever command tricks can easily turn even the most advanced AI into tools for creating sensitive content in minutes.
1. AI Moderation Fails Against Manipulated Commands
To test the strength of security barriers, CCTV reporters experimented with 10 of the most popular AI apps today. The results showed that if users input crude or obvious keywords, the systems would immediately block the content.

However, as the saying goes, “where there’s a will, there’s a way.” When using specially processed command sets bought from the black market, these AIs were completely defeated. These commands are designed as “adversarial prompts” that cleverly bypass keyword filters to trick the algorithms.
2. Li***AI and Its Dangerous Blind Spots
The most striking test was on an app called Li***AI. After entering the “processed” command set, within minutes the platform generated a dance video featuring a female character in a semi-nude state.
What’s terrifying is that throughout this process, no warning or content block was triggered. This shows that current moderation techniques still have deadly blind spots when facing carefully crafted commands designed to evade rules.
3. The Underground Market and Cheap Deepfake Services
The investigation didn’t stop at official platforms. It also exposed specialized apps serving “dark” purposes. On social media, ads for AI chat apps claiming “no banned words,” “can drive” (a euphemism for adult content) are everywhere.
Even more disturbing, there are “deepfake” services that don’t require downloads. For a fee, anyone can turn any photo into a nude or pornographic image or video. Prices are shockingly low: 10 RMB (about 35,000 VND) per photo and 1 RMB (about 3,500 VND) per second of video. With extremely high realism, ordinary users can hardly tell real from fake.
