As of now, VNG’s Call of Duty Mobile is almost three years old. That’s a pretty long run for a mobile game. But the challenges just don’t seem to stop for this title. From the all-too-familiar hacking and cheating issues common in mobile games to the recent problem where players can’t log in using their Facebook accounts.

The Call of Duty Mobile VNG Fanpage admin posted: “Regarding the login issue through Facebook, the publisher is working closely with Tencent and Facebook to complete the necessary procedures to fix the problem and upgrade login security.”

It’s totally understandable that players are anxious. After all, this game represents their investment and effort, especially those who have spent a lot over the past three years. Because of this frustration, many players have started giving Call of Duty Mobile VNG 1-star ratings on Google Play. Some have even called for action in community groups.

This has unintentionally hurt VNG’s game on Google Play. Players should try to stay calm because, in the end, this is an unexpected issue from the publisher’s side, and VNG is actively working with partners to fix it soon. While 1-star ratings might satisfy some immediate frustration, in the long run, it could hurt the game’s future updates, which ultimately affects the players themselves.

Overall, players should keep a cool head and patiently wait for updates from VNG. Hopefully, good news will come soon from the publisher.
