Hacker is a term that often gets a bad rap, but there are always “this hacker” and “that hacker.” White hat hackers, also called ethical hackers, usually break into systems, software, apps, or websites to test security and find vulnerabilities.
Companies and organizations really need white hat hackers because they discover security holes that could be exploited and report them to help protect valuable resources. Even better, these white hat hackers often earn big rewards and get recognized for their contributions.

Recently, Apple’s homepage published a list of security experts who helped patch vulnerabilities in May 2022. The list includes 43 white hat hackers, featuring Hiếu PC, a well-known name in Vietnam’s cybersecurity scene.

This isn’t the first time Vietnamese white hat hackers have been recognized by Apple. Back in March, two others, Bé Mây of CyKiller and Harry Ha (Cookie Han Hoan), were also named on Apple’s list.
