The Icon Series Sea Summer 2021 tournament (Wild Rift) has kicked off its group stage matches. Alongside the event is a lineup of 11 hosts and casters. Among them, Anie stands out as the only female caster in the Wild Rift scene so far.
This afternoon, before the three matchups DRK vs FLASH, GH vs SBTC, and RSG vs CES began, the beautiful caster showed off her surprising score predictions. Somehow, her predicted scores matched the real results perfectly, except the winning and losing teams were swapped.
Because of this, fans have nicknamed Anie the second BLV Huy Popper or the “cosmic prophet” of Vietnam’s Wild Rift scene, calling her the “Pelu” of Wild Rift. This nickname references former football star Pele, known jokingly for always guessing wrong. But unlike Pele’s infamous misses, Anie’s score predictions were spot on, with only a small slip-up on which team would win.
She will continue to be part of the Icon Series Sea Summer 2021 tournament for the remaining matches. Fans can definitely expect more of her score predictions in the coming games.
