The spotlight is on Exoprimal, one of Capcom‘s most anticipated releases coming soon. Set in the 2040s, the game imagines a “dinosaur pandemic” sweeping the globe, with mutated dinosaur packs suddenly appearing out of nowhere to attack humans, pushing humanity to the brink of a massive crisis. Exoprimal promises players an intense battle to restore peace to the world.
After multiple test servers attracting so many players they crashed, Capcom recently excited fans again by releasing a new update that includes a PvP combat mode many gamers have been waiting for. However, based on the latest footage, this mode doesn’t feature direct player-versus-player combat. Instead, teams of five players each complete different missions to compete.
These images only raise fans’ excitement for the game’s release. Exoprimal is currently in final development and is set to launch across multiple platforms in early 2023. Along with a diverse cast of characters and weapons, the game will feature nearly all the fierce dinosaur species familiar to players, including Ankylosaurus, Triceratops, T-rex, and the standout mutated Tyrannosaurus rex teased in earlier trailers.
This marks the third time Exoprimal has launched test servers for new features. Clearly, gamers have every reason to be excited about this blockbuster’s success.
