Right now, Độ Mixi is one of the most famous streamers in Vietnam with massive reach. Although he started his livestream career later than the other top streamers, he’s had the fastest growth and earned tons of love from fans. Let’s look back at the times Độ Mixi received insanely big donations from his supporters.
January 2018
At the start of 2018, when PUBG was booming and Độ Mixi was rising in popularity, a superfan named Bunngan.com surprised him with a massive donation totaling 80 million VND (around $3,500). Độ Mixi was deeply moved and could hardly believe it.
During that livestream, Độ Mixi kept getting a flood of donations, but none more generous than Bunngan.com. Starting with amounts like 5 million VND, the peak was a 50 million VND donation with a sweet message: “No need to thank me, you deserve it for all you’ve done.” By the end of the stream, Bunngan.com had donated a total of 80.5 million VND.
October 2018
About nine months later, fans witnessed another jaw-dropping donation spree from a viewer named Khang Nade. Throughout the stream, he sent increasing donations, starting from a few hundred thousand VND, then jumping to millions, with the biggest single donation hitting 10 million VND.
Khang Nade’s donation style was funny too, repeatedly saying it was his last donation before going to sleep, then coming back with even bigger amounts. In total, he donated over 63 million VND during that stream.
October 2019
A year later, while streaming PUBG with his Refund Gaming brothers, Độ Mixi got another huge donation from a fan named NetCoDongAnh. This fan donated four times, all in foreign currency: three donations of $500 and one over $110. Converted to Vietnamese dong, this totaled about 40 million VND.
Christmas 2020
Most recently, Độ Mixi received what might be the biggest donation of his career from a fan named Tăng Trần. This anonymous supporter gifted him 100 million VND to help build a charity bridge for remote mountain communities. This deeply touched Độ Mixi, who plans to use all December donations for charity.
