Time is often said to be more valuable than money.

Unlike money, which can be earned back if lost, time once gone can never be recovered. In last night’s 7 PM news on VTV (December 9), a report focused on the issue of wasting time caught viewers’ attention.

The broadcaster reported that Vietnamese people spend an average of 2 hours and 25 minutes daily on social media, ranking among the top 20 worldwide. While scrolling through social networks might seem like a fun way to relax, it actually leaves users feeling more tired and drained.

The time-wasting report used examples from various real-life areas to illustrate its point.

Among them, PUBG Mobile, a flagship game from VNG, appeared unexpectedly. This implies that playing PUBG Mobile is also considered a waste of time, lowering individual study efficiency and squandering resources and opportunities.

Earlier, in a different news segment, VALORANT was also mentioned when a male player shared that his gaming sessions typically last between 2 to 12 hours. This has negatively impacted his physical and mental health.
