During her postpartum period, besides help from her parents, Minh Nghi showed how caring her husband is. Recently, she shared a family story:
“One morning at 5 a.m., I woke up to hear the baby crying hoarsely. I asked Bomman, who works night shifts, what was going on and learned that Mocha wanted to breastfeed to fall asleep, but Bomman wanted me to get a full 3 hours of sleep before waking up to pump milk. So when the baby started crying loudly, he… shut my door tightly to soundproof the room.
Then the two of them battled it out for a full 3 hours. Mocha kept biting Bomman, whining, and fussing for mom, while Bomman kept soothing him until I woke up.” She proudly added, “Bomman is amazing, guys. He took care of the baby all night by himself, warmed the milk, burped him, changed diapers, 10 out of 10!”
