A few days ago, a photo surfaced showing fitness influencer PT flaunting her curves in a very revealing outfit, sparking a lot of debate.

We reached out to the woman in the photo, Hong Khuyen (born 2001) from Tien Yen, Quang Ninh, who said:
“The photo caused a misunderstanding. It was an unfortunate situation. The image was cropped or taken out of context, leading people to misinterpret it. In the picture, I was practicing posing for a competition, no one naturally stands in heels like that just for fun.
This incident did affect my image a bit, but luckily people understood, so I don’t really mind.”
Hong Khuyen is currently preparing for the NPC bodybuilding competition happening this July in Ho Chi Minh City. Previously, she won a bronze medal at the Hanoi Bodybuilding Star 2024.
Five Years Building Her Gym
Hong Khuyen shared that she started in this field in 2020. She chose to become a personal trainer out of a passion for helping others improve their health and physique, while also finding joy in personal growth through coaching. She believes everyone can push past their limits with the right guidance.
She added, “Sometimes in this job, I face inaccurate information or misunderstandings. When that happens, I try to clarify everything by sharing the truth openly through the gym’s media channels.
I always stay calm and focus on delivering real value to my clients. When needed, I contact those responsible to clear up any confusion.”
As a young gym owner, she emphasizes creating a quality workout space, providing attentive customer care, and offering personal training programs tailored to each client’s needs. She frequently updates workout routines, organizes fun activities, and encourages a supportive community to keep clients engaged.
