The Free Fire community is buzzing over a recent incident that has now been clarified.
After the seventh match of the FFWS Vietnam 2026 Fall finals on July 26, 2026, coach Võ Thanh “Khabi” Khang from team HEAVY was caught acting unsportsmanlike toward player Nguyễn Nhật “Bo7mau” Hào of VTT Esports.
This behavior violated the Code of Conduct and Tournament Rules of FFWS Vietnam 2026 Fall and seriously impacted the spirit of esports within the professional Free Fire league system.
Organizer’s Disciplinary Decision
Based on the Violation List and Disciplinary Guidelines in the tournament rules, this act falls under “Unsportsmanlike conduct and improper behavior.” The organizers have announced penalties for Khabi personally and for team HEAVY.
Coach Võ Thanh “Khabi” Khang is banned from all activities in the Vietnamese Free Fire esports system for one year starting July 27, 2026. Additionally, 50% of team HEAVY’s prize money from FFWS Vietnam 2026 Fall will be deducted according to current regulations.
The organizers also reminded team HEAVY to strengthen management, education, and supervision of its members to ensure full compliance with tournament rules, helping build a professional, civilized, and healthy competitive environment.

The organizers emphasized that all violations of tournament rules will be reviewed and handled objectively and fairly, protecting the integrity of the competition and the image of Vietnam’s esports community.
Through this incident, the organizers hope all teams and participants in the Vietnamese Free Fire esports system will raise their sense of responsibility and strictly follow the tournament rules and professional conduct standards expected of esports athletes and coaches.

Earlier, coach Khabi posted an apology:
“Hello everyone, I’m Khabi, coach of team HEAVY. I want to sincerely apologize to Bo7mau for losing my temper last night and acting poorly. As an older brother in the team, I failed to protect my teammates from injustice. I was really frustrated when our efforts were ruined, which made me lose control and act inappropriately. Once again, I’m sorry, Bo7mau.
Thanks to everyone who has supported me recently. This is a lesson and experience that will help me grow.
I apologize to the fans for disappointing everyone.
I also apologize to the organizers and publisher for affecting everyone and the tournament.”
