The patient, identified as N.T.T., a 28-year-old woman living at 70 Hoang Le Kha, Ward 9, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City, was a student of patient 1347 at Key English Center in District 10.
November 20, attended class at Key English Center (District 10 branch), in the same class as patient 1347, from 7:45 PM to 9:15 PM.
November 21, around 6 PM to 7:30 PM, attended class at SAS English Center (teacher Jomel).
November 22, 2 PM to 5 PM, studied at Key English Center (District 10 branch), class with teacher Ha.
November 23, from 8 AM to 8:15 AM, visited Cho Ray Hospital’s Exit Screening Department to submit a urine sample for her husband. From 9:30 AM to 11 AM, attended class at SAS English Center, teacher Joshep’s class.
From 5:45 PM to 6 PM, went to Highlands Coffee at Viettel building (285 CMT8, Ward 12, District 10) to buy pastries, sat there to eat, and bought drinks to go.
From 6 PM to 7:30 PM, attended class at Key English Center (District 10 branch), teacher Tuyet Ngan’s class.
November 24, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, attended class at SAS English Center (teacher Jomel).
November 25, 8:30 AM, had breakfast with her husband at an apartment opposite Thong Nhat Stadium.

November 26, 11 AM, bought medicine at Minh Chau Pharmacy (141A Minh Phung, Ward 9, District 6) for her husband who has gout. She does not recall if she wore a mask.
November 27, from 9:30 AM to 11 AM, attended SAS English Center, teacher Joshep’s class.
From 12:10 PM to 2:30 PM, went to Isushi restaurant (112 Cao Thang, Ward 4, District 3) with her husband. After eating, they went to Cho Ray Hospital for a health check, waited in the MRI area from 3 PM to 4:30 PM. Both wore masks.
Later, returned home and then attended teacher S.’s class (patient 1347) at Key English from 7:45 PM to 9:15 PM.
Morning of November 28, 8 AM, bought medicine for her husband at Minh Chau Pharmacy and breakfast nearby. She wore a medical mask.
In the evening from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, attended SAS English Center, teacher Roel’s class.

November 29, 2 PM to 5 PM, attended Key English Center (District 10 branch), teacher Ha’s class.
November 30, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, went to VIVA Coffee (319B1 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 15, District 11) with teacher Joshep and 12 classmates from SAS English Center, sitting on the first floor. There were no other customers on that floor at the time.
At 1:30 PM on November 30, she was notified as a close contact (F1) of patient 1347 and was quarantined in District 6 at 3 PM.
* She traveled by personal vehicle and parked at the Viettel building parking lot (285 CMT8, Ward 12, District 10).
Actions taken:
– Transferred the patient to Cu Chi Field Hospital for isolation and treatment.
– Compiled a list of close contacts, coordinated with relevant districts to verify, review surveillance footage, collect test samples, and transfer contacts to centralized quarantine.
– At the patient’s home, District 6 Health Center conducted full disinfection and sanitation.
