However, the truth was confirmed when the tattoo shop owner, who posted these curious photos online, spoke out. “This guy got a tattoo from us and owes a few million VND. He didn’t pay and ran away until today when we caught him. So the group decided to strip him, wrap him in plastic, and leave him tied to a tree as a warning,” the owner shared.
