On February 5, ETToday reported a forced kiss incident in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. A young man waiting for an elevator faced a shocking moment: one of two unfamiliar girls standing nearby suddenly approached him, pulled down his mask, and kissed him passionately. After the kiss, the girl disappeared like the wind.
According to Chinese media, the event happened around 10 PM on January 30. Surveillance footage shows the girl wearing a white hat suddenly stepping in front of the young man. She then reached up to pull down his mask and studied his facial expression.
After a few seconds of looking at him, the girl leaned in to kiss the young man, slowly pulling him into a blind spot of the camera. Her sudden move startled him, and unsure how to react, he raised both hands in surprise.

The entire forced kiss lasted less than a minute.
When the elevator doors opened, the girl in the white hat tried to pull the young man inside for another kiss but was stopped by her friend. That friend pressed the elevator close button, breaking the girl’s longing gaze. Meanwhile, the young man stood frozen in place, still stunned by what had just happened.
Later, the young man decided to post the surveillance video on social media hoping to identify the mysterious girl. He said after pulling down his mask, she told him he was exactly the kind of man she liked before starting the kiss. He also shared that she hugged him tightly during the kiss, with such force it seemed like she could lift him off the ground.
He wrote on Weibo: “I hope this girl sees this post and responds. I really want to get to know her because her bold personality left a strong impression on me.”
After the story went viral, many netizens openly expressed jealousy toward the young man, while others bluntly shared their opinions: “Crazy girl. What if the genders were reversed? Would people scream harassment and call for jail time?” The incident continues to attract online attention.
