Recently, a rare incident happened at an apartment complex in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Surveillance footage shows a young man waiting for the elevator when a young woman suddenly pulled down his mask and kissed him. The moment lasted several seconds and only ended when one of her friends noticed.

In this situation, Chinese media pointed out two possible views depending on the “victim’s” reaction. If the guy didn’t feel uncomfortable after being kissed, the woman’s actions wouldn’t be considered sexual harassment. On the other hand, if he felt offended, it would be seen as harassment, allowing him to call the police, and the woman could face detention and fines.
Three days after the incident, the guy who was kissed posted an explanation. He said the girl probably drank too much and couldn’t control herself, and he had no intention of reporting her to the police. In fact, he’s trying to find the daring woman and hopes to start a relationship with her.

The young man’s last name is Zheng, and he’s currently single. This might just be his chance to find love before the Lunar New Year!
