It all started when a dog accidentally killed a baby monkey. Enraged, the monkey troop launched an unprecedented and brutal revenge plan.
Over the past month, the monkeys have captured all the puppies in the area, taking them to high places where they either starve them or throw them onto the streets. It’s estimated that around 250 puppies have died in this monkey-led massacre.
The chaos didn’t stop there. The monkeys flooded the streets, disrupting traffic and becoming aggressive and uncontrollable, even attacking locals and children. Fear has spread throughout the community.
Many residents have had to move into flooded areas temporarily to escape the monkeys’ fury. Some monkeys have been temporarily caged, but this is only a short-term fix!
