After an initial excitement, the game quickly became boring. First, he claimed he could finish the game with all the gear from the start without any challenge, and in-game money felt pretty useless. He also criticized the gun system as boring and lacking variety, since there are only about a dozen types of guns. The gameplay and combat style were also called too easy by him.
More notably, the story of Red Dead Redemption 2, which many fans praised the most, was not spared from criticism. According to him, the story is flashy but lacks depth and is quite simple. Plus, many scenes restrict the player’s actions, which doesn’t feel like the “open world” experience the game promised.
