At any League of Legends tournament, Faker is always one of the main attractions. From his actions and gestures to match results, every tiny detail about this star player is closely analyzed by the online community. Recently, even Faker and his SKT T1 teammates’ meal menu became a hot topic across forums and social media.

Recently, SKT T1’s AD carry Gumayusi shared a photo of the team’s lunch. Compared to menus from other LEC and LCS players, many noticed a clear difference. Faker and his teammates seem to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, while keeping meat and fish to a minimum.

It’s easy to spot dishes like kimchi, fish cake, rice, and soup on SKT T1’s menu. Close-up shots of the side dishes show that many agree the meal looks extremely healthy. There’s very little protein and plenty of vegetables. Even the extras seem a bit bland compared to usual. Some fans joked that the meal is almost vegetarian since there’s hardly any fried or oily food.

Many believe this healthy diet helps LCK players maintain their form. Take Viper for example. When he played in LCK, he was quite slim, but after joining EDG, his weight fluctuated a lot. Some fans humorously suggest that eating “healthy” like this might be Faker and his team’s secret to success. The comment “Eat vegetarian to mid better” has gained a lot of support online. Still, it’s probably just part of the story. Faker’s skill and achievements can’t be explained by diet alone, or everyone would be the “God King”.
