Once known as one of Vietnam’s “poorest” YouTubers, Lộc Fuho has recently been doing quite well. Not only has he started a family with his beautiful wife and welcomed their first child, but he also surprised many by buying a brand-new car. Just recently, he stirred up the online community again by showing off his newly built house, and the price he revealed was almost unbelievable.

Recently, the YouTuber posted a video reviewing his newly built house. It took about a month to build, covers roughly 16 square meters, and sits on land gifted by his wife’s parents for work purposes. While it’s not very large or fancy, the house looks modern and comfortable. The most shocking part? According to Lộc Fuho, the total cost was just around 60 million VND (about $2,600), a figure no one would expect. Usually, building a house costs billions or at least hundreds of millions VND.

To clear up doubts from fans, Lộc Fuho shared a detailed breakdown of his expenses. He explained the costs clearly: bricks cost about 110,000 to 120,000 VND per square meter, the gypsum ceiling was around 5 million VND, materials and labor totaled over 11 million VND. The aluminum doors were the priciest at 13 million VND, and other items like electrical wiring and paint each cost just over 5 million VND. Altogether, it added up to about 60 million VND.

He also mentioned that his family helped with the construction, saving about 20 million VND in labor costs. After hearing this, the online community was full of admiration and no longer doubted the surprisingly low budget. It seems like Lộc Fuho really knows his way around construction work. Even more impressive, he revealed why he built this new house.

“I’m partnering with some doctors from Hanoi in the beauty industry. This small house will become a branch where I can livestream. If the business grows, they will share a percentage of the profits to support my charity work. My YouTube channel mainly has kids watching, so donations for charity are quite limited.” Lộc Fuho shared.
