Here’s what happened: while doing a routine quest, she noticed another player’s character had died on the road. Out of kindness, she revived the unlucky player. But unexpectedly, members of that player’s rival guild saw this and started targeting her. For three months straight, every time she left the city, she was attacked by other players.
When she complained on the forum, instead of support, she only faced even more aggressive attacks. She initially announced she was quitting, but after just two weeks, she secretly logged back in.
