TPO – On August 26, the Cybersecurity Department (A05) under the Ministry of Public Security announced it is working with relevant agencies to track down female streamer N.T.T.L. to investigate her for insulting a senior official online.
Initially, Department A05 confirmed it is cooperating with other units to locate N.T.T.L. (26 years old, from Thai Binh) regarding her offensive remarks aimed at a high-ranking leader on social media.
Related to this case, on the same day, Hanoi’s Department of Information and Communications assigned its Inspectorate to review and handle the female streamer (who broadcasts live on social platforms) for her disrespectful comments about a senior official that have been circulating widely online.

According to Hanoi’s Department of Information and Communications leadership, the verification process must be careful, accurate, and fully comply with legal procedures and content requirements.
Earlier, a clip went viral on social media showing a female streamer making disrespectful remarks about a senior state leader.
During a Facebook Gaming livestream, the once-popular Vietnamese League of Legends streamer M.L.N. read a rude comment from a fan about bald people and then used a senior official as an example.
N.T.T.L. is known as a fairly popular streamer with hundreds of thousands of followers across social platforms.
As soon as the clip and information about her inappropriate remarks spread, many people condemned her and called on authorities to strictly handle the case as a warning to others about responsible speech and respecting others online.
