Recently, a video clip went viral on social media showing a good-looking girl arguing with her landlord over cleanliness in her rented room. The landlord unexpectedly walked in while she was eating instant noodles and started filming the messy room. The footage showed a chaotic mix of old and new items scattered everywhere, with no sense of order. Dirty dishes were left right on the floor, which shocked the landlord.

The girl was eating instant noodles in her rental room when the landlord suddenly came in to film the mess
“You pay rent but live this dirty? Just move out. Money is money, but what about the neighbors? She’s a female student living in such filth, not even washing her dishes. It doesn’t take much time to clean up, so how can she live surrounded by trash? She looks well-dressed outside but no one knows how dirty she really is,” the landlord lamented after seeing the room.
However, the girl argued that since she pays rent every month, she has the right to live comfortably in her own way. She also said it was unreasonable and disrespectful for the landlord to suddenly film her room and threaten to evict her without returning her deposit.

Below the video, many netizens criticized the landlord’s behavior, saying that even though it’s a rental, the landlord shouldn’t just barge in or interfere with the tenant’s private life. On the other hand, some disagreed with the tenant’s messy living habits.

Old and new items mixed with trash and leftover food…
Some netizens also suspect this might be staged. They point out that the floor and kitchen area still look pretty clean, so it could be a setup to throw things around just to get views.
Here are some of the viewers’ comments on the situation.
– “If I were the landlord, I’d kick her out too. How can a girl live this dirty?”
– “I agree with the landlord. You build a nice clean place to rent, but if tenants live like this, what happens when they suddenly move out?”
– “I think both handled this badly. The girl is too messy, but the landlord is too hot-headed.”
– “She pays rent, so it’s her business how she lives. The landlord shouldn’t interfere so much.”
– “Even if the landlord doesn’t want to rent to her anymore, they should give her time, not just kick her out immediately. That’s unreasonable.”
– “This looks staged to me, very fake.”
– “Definitely staged. The floor is spotless but they act like it’s a mess.”
