Known for his travel reviews and luxury lifestyle videos both abroad and at home, after spending some time in Europe, Khoa Pug has returned to Vietnam to continue exploring the local food scene.

Recently, the YouTuber stopped by the infamous “bún chửi” (literally “cursed noodles”) stall that’s gone viral online. Despite being warned by the strict owner that careless behavior might get him yelled at, Khoa Pug laughed it off and even joked, “I heard you’re famous for cursing, how can I make you yell at me?” He tried to provoke the owner but didn’t get the reaction he hoped for.

Instead, after chatting quietly for a while, the owner happily took a photo with Khoa Pug and even offered to refund his money, inviting him to enjoy the breakfast on the house out of fondness for the YouTuber. Facing many judgments from the community, the “bún chửi” owner sighed and told Khoa Pug that her job feels like “being a daughter-in-law taking care of the family.”

In reality, many customers have noticed the owner has become much gentler over time. She occasionally reminds her staff but mostly keeps quiet. The quality of the dish has stayed consistent throughout her 40 years in business. Watching the video, viewers agree that Khoa Pug’s humor, openness, and politeness helped soften the mood and made everyone friendlier.
