The name MrBeast is probably familiar to all of us. Known as the richest YouTuber in the world, he’s famous for videos where he spends money without a second thought. MrBeast even helps out the poor by giving away millions of dollars in an instant. His fame keeps growing, and recently he surpassed the popular YouTube channel T-Series to become one of the most subscribed creators on the platform.
But that doesn’t seem to be the end goal for MrBeast. Recently, he broke another record, becoming the first YouTuber ever to hit 300 million subscribers, a mind-blowing number. This achievement is the result of over 12 years of work since he started his channel in 2012. At first, his videos averaged about 1,000 views, and it wasn’t until 2017 that his video titled “I Counted To 100,000” went viral with 30 million views to date.
From there, MrBeast kept growing and smashing his own records. But with 300 million subscribers now, it could be years before anyone catches up. And remember, 300 million might not even be the final number for his channel, so anyone trying to keep up will have to work even harder.
Despite his wealth and success, MrBeast shows no signs of slowing down. He keeps creating fresh, creative videos. For example, recently he challenged himself to stay buried underground for a full week. Of course, he still runs his signature million-dollar prize games that fans love.
