The controversy started because Ta Vy, known as a member of the “GAMFAM,” made a score prediction that didn’t sit well with some fans. Before the match, during the analysis desk, she predicted VKE would win 3-2. She even admitted, “I’m a GAM fan until VKE plays.” Some fans weren’t happy with this from the popular host.
Under the post, both Ta Vy and her followers quickly came to her defense.
For those who don’t know, Ta Vy is a fresh face in the VCS host lineup, joining in April this year. She introduced herself as both an engineer and a cosplayer. Specifically, she shared she spent a long time working as a QA Engineer in IT.
She also revealed she’s been an Esports fan for over 10 years and decided to seriously pursue her passion.
